The Witcher I Creative campaign

THE CHALLENGE

The Witcher is one of the biggest Netflix Original productions ever, and Flimmer was asked to create a creative campaign for the DACH region. 
This was a huge collaboration with Netflix and its international markets to ensure the campaign was aligned worldwide, and also with the talents involved. 

THE IDEA

We wanted people to immerse themselves in the world of The Witcher. We knew it had to be magical, and that people wanted a glimpse of the  monsters, the new medieval setting, and most importantly, the main characters.
So, we recreated the fictional Witcher universe in an OOH campaign based on the CI and key visuals of the series. 

THE IMPLEMENTATION

With the start of the Witcher campaign in December 2019, 3D monster installations and billboards of the main characters were placed around the DACH region. People could explore station takeovers, motion murals, and projection mappings in various cities. 

The campaign created huge social media buzz and led to one of the most successful releases ever on Netflix.
